BuildStream runs three automated stages every Tuesday and Thursday: Scout (2pm, Mac Studio) gathers story ideas, Draft (3pm, laptop) writes the post and emails it for approval, Post (7:05pm, laptop) publishes approved posts to LinkedIn.

Each card shows how that stage's most recent run went: OK = finished cleanly · Failed = hit an error (see Run history below) · Missed = a scheduled run never started, usually because the Claude app wasn't open · Crashed? = a run started but never reported finishing · Running = in progress right now.

New drafts land here Tuesday/Thursday around 3pm (and whenever you run a draft manually). Edit the text right in the box if you want changes.

Approve = publish text + image at the next posting run · Approve without image = text only · Save edits = keep your changes without deciding yet · Skip = discard the draft.

Approving here doesn't post instantly — it queues the post for the 7:05pm run. Want it out now? Approve, then hit Run posting now in the next panel. Replying to the approval email still works too; if both exist, the console decision wins. The first action asks once for the console key.

Feed your own ideas into the pipeline. Type anything — a finished thought, a rough topic ("something about why small shops should own their systems"), or explicit instructions.

Draft from this now queues a draft run with your text as the brief: the system writes the full post around it and sends it back through the normal approval flow. Save as idea drops it into the Seed Log pool instead, where future scheduled drafts weigh it against the week's real work.

These buttons queue a request instead of waiting for the Tue/Thu schedule. A background task on the laptop checks for requests every 30 minutes and runs the stage — so expect a pickup delay of up to half an hour, and the Claude app must be open on the laptop (Mac Studio for Scout).

Requested runs show as blue notices here until picked up, then appear in Run history when they execute. Run draft now = write a fresh post from recent work · Run posting now = process the pending approval immediately · Run scout now = pull fresh story ideas from the Studio.

Every post the system has published, newest first, with direct links to the live post on your personal LinkedIn and the BlueForest page. The Reddit column fills in once the Reddit/GEO stage ships.

The raw log behind the status cards. Every run writes a started row the moment it begins and a final row when it ends — so a started with no closing row means that run died mid-flight. The Detail column carries each run's one-line summary or error.
